Returns and Exchanges
We have a 28-day return policy on Label items only, which means you have 28 days after receiving your Label item to request a return. We do not accept returns for Custom or Bespoke items.
To be eligible for a return, your Label item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers returning products from outside the United States are responsible for any applicable costs incurred in the international shipment of the product back to Suited Atelier.
You must keep a proof of the return shipment. Suited Atelier accepts no liability in the event you are unable to produce such proof or if your package is lost during shipment. Only merchandise returned to Suited Atelier will be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving your return, Suited Atelier will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), which includes all Custom and Bespoke products, or embroidered Label items. Please get in touch before you purchase if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges can only be made on Label products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Except for delivery of a defective product, original shipping charges will not be refunded to the Customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
